1. How do I calculate the cost of storage per unit?

Take the dimension (length, width and height in m) of your item.

• Example : Shoe box (0.3m by 0.2m by 0.1m = 0.006m3). If storage charge per month is RM60 by 0.006m3 is RM0.36. If the item is sold within the first 2 weeks of inbound, the storage cost will only be RM0.18.

• TresGo pro-rates storage charge daily so the faster you sell, the lesser you pay in storage

2. How do I inform TresGo once I have made a sale online?

We recommend all marketplace platforms to be integrated with our system for the below reasons :

1. When a sale is made, we will fetch the order details and shipping labels from marketplaces

2. Inventory will be auto synced to all the integrated marketplaces without the need of manual adjustment

3. You can view the list of integrated marketplaces here (https://anchanto.com/integrations/#marketplaces) 4. Virtual kits can also be created without the need of a new physical SKU

Orders can also be created manually in your account. Examples requiring this :

1. Offline B2B orders – agents, distributor, wholesaler, departmental stores etc

2. Orders from whatsapp/instagram or other non-integrated platforms

3. Influencer or PR packages

3. Does TresGo cater to food items?

• Yes, however all food items needs to be managed by batch number and expiry

• No perishable and wet items

4. How will TresGo manage my inventory?

• First In First Out

• Expiry and Batch number

5. Does TresGo provide air condition space?

Yes! We have air condition storage that is operating from 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) except Public Holiday. These are to keep the temperature below 28 degrees celcius and suitable for dry food and cosmetics

6. Does TresGo provide insurance for the products stored in TresGo warehouse?

Yes, we provide coverage as per Fulfilment Agreement and any additional coverage required can be obtained by the seller

• TresGo can assist the seller with their insurer site visit session at TresGo’s warehouse at no cost

7. How long will I need to start with TresGo?

Arrange onboarding session – Online or offline at TresGo’s warehouse for about 45mins to cover functionalities of the system and iron out operational matters

First inbound - Best for TresGo to receive stocks one week before live with us. This time is needed to ensure enough time for sorting, checking of physical condition, SKU codes tally and conducting integration

8. How do I transition my warehouse operations from my current in-house warehouse or current fulfilment center?

Don’t worry! We will work on a customized plan with you on how to best move your stocks without it affecting your sales

9. Does TresGo offer customized packing?

Yes, we do! We just need to know how you would like us to pack your items – customized branding box, thank you cards, flyers, stickers, wrapping paper, etc.

11. I already have my own courrier account. Can I use mine instead?

Yes, sure! As long as your courier is already one of the integrated accounts, we can plug it in for free!
